Job Summary:

• 3+ years of experience supporting datacenter/server based Atlassian applications Jira, Confluence, and Crowd
• Hands on experience with JQL, SQL, REST APIs, manage SSL certs, Apache Tomcat and JVM tuning.
• Experience working with audit, privacy, and security requirements, including SOX, SOC2, and HIPAA.
• Working knowledge of Agile software development methodology, to include release planning and deployment.
