Joinery Supervisor

Wow Décor is a leading interior design company in UAE offering a wide range of interior décor services including interior fit out, kitchens, closets, vanity units and custom-made furniture.

Your Role

As a Joinery Supervisor - Kitchen and Interiors , you are responsible for the following:

●       Supervise designing and production of high quality kitchen, closets and home interiors

●       Prepare estimates and lead the team from design to handover

●       Utilize your experience with all phases of the project- concept, design, sales, client management, construction administration and final delivery of the project

●       Produce mood, material and design presentations independently or with minimal supervision

●       Produce furniture plans, specifications, material selections and schedules needed for construction documentation.

●       Participate in client and consultant meetings

●       Effectively communicate design ideas by hand sketching and/or digital graphics

Your qualifications

●       Experience in the role described above, with specific demonstrated experience in closets, kitchens and home interiors

●       Expertise in the preparation of cost estimates of kitchen, closets and all aspects of home interiors

●       Experience in handing joinery department

●       A minimum of 2-5 years of experience is a must in the similar field

●       Bachelors/ Diploma

●       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
