Job description:

• Create, review and update daily transactions database/spreadsheets.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Preparing checking and verification of all kinds of vouchers, registers.
• Review and process reimbursements
• Prepare Target & budgets.
• Keep records of invoices and tax payments
• Identify and address account discrepancies.
• Payroll processing
• Customer/client /bank reconciliations
• Prepare MIS report periodically

Other specification:

• Bachelors’ Degree In Management
• 2 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Relevant Work
• Knowledge Of Administration Handling
• Use Of Software Like Tally Or Accounting Software/ Ms. Excel
• Knowledge Of Finance And Administration Department And Its Functions
• Prior Experience Will Be Added Advantage
• Effective Communication Skills
