We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior CFD Salesperson to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial markets, particularly with CFDs, and will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and needs.
- Sales Execution: Present and sell CFD products to prospective clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and risks associated with CFDs.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends and movements, providing clients with insights and recommendations to help them make informed trading decisions.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, helping them with account setup, platform navigation, and troubleshooting.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and compliance teams to ensure all sales activities align with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on CFDs.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets and trading platforms, particularly in CFDs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to explain complex financial products clearly and concisely.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using trading platforms and CRM systems.
- Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
