Junior Graphic Designer

Description:

We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer with 4+ years of experience in the field and a strong grasp on all things design, branding and advertising, that will help us advance in an exciting moment of expansion and transformation.

Our company has several divisions and is currently transitioning from B2B to B2C. We also manage a number of European brands and we hold an extensive range of products, that’s why our ideal candidate needs to be a talented and knowledgeable individual, extremely detailed oriented and thorough.

You would be working on print and digital, developing collateral, and introducing creative ideas and design concepts that are relevant, meet the business objectives and advance our brand strategy.

We are a fast-moving organization, you must be capable to manage multiple projects from concept through completion.

We would also like you to produce and be directly involved in developing style sheets and brand manuals for our different brands. These will serve as guidelines for the organization, and must be strictly adhered to at all times.

There is no hand-holding at MVP Appliances, we expect you to be independent, responsible, and able to ensure that deliverables are being met on your own, on brand, on time and on budget.

Finally, we don’t settle for less than the best, and we expect our designers to be educated and possess a thorough understanding of minimum standards, identifying and implementing industry best practices and market trends.

Quality control is crucial.

Must love design!

A strong background in design theory, print and digital:

- Skilled and experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) is a must.

- Experience in video editing, web, UI/UX design.

- Figma would be great.

- Production support.
