Junior Interior / Ff&e Designer

This is a full-time on-site role for an FF&E Designer at Ten Eight Interiors in Dubai. The FF&E Designer will be responsible for creating and designing unique and innovative spaces for various clients. Tasks include selecting and specifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment, collaborating with design teams, and ensuring projects meet design standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting Senior Interior Designers and Design Managers with the selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, and materials
• Assisting in the development of interior design concepts, including space planning, material selection, and color schemes
• Conducting research on materials, products, and trends to support the design team’s efforts
• Preparing detailed design drawings, FF&E schedules, presentations, and material boards for client meetings
• Communicating with suppliers and vendors to gather information on products and materials

Qualifications

• 2 -3 years of experience in interior design, FF&E and space planning
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with vendors and suppliers
• A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
