Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious IT Sales Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of sales experience, particularly within the IT sector, who are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to our company's success in the UAE market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the Dubai market and surrounding regions.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of Word Works AI products and services.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with customer needs and company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in accordance with established sales processes and policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges in the IT solutions landscape.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management using CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT sales or a similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and their applications in business settings is advantageous.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for pipeline management and reporting purposes.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
