Junior Joinery Factory Manager

 

Description:

The Joinery Manufacturing/factory Manager will manage and coordinate the manufacturing operations for the joinery projects. This role involves overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, managing a team of skilled craftsmen, and liaising with other departments to ensure timely project delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Production Management:

1. Plan, schedule, and oversee the manufacturing processes for fit-out and joinery projects.

2. Ensure production meets the required specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.

3. Implement and monitor production to achieve efficiency and productivity targets.

 

Team Leadership:

1. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of skilled joinery and production staff.

2. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.

3. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

 

Quality Control:

1. Develop and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards of workmanship.

2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

3. Address and resolve any quality issues in a timely manner.

 

Project Coordination:

1. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align production schedules with project timelines.

2. Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of necessary materials and resources.

3. Manage logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
