Position: Junior Legal Associate

Location: Dubai

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on case laws, statutes, and regulations to assist senior lawyers in preparing legal opinions, briefs, and memoranda.
  • Drafting & Review: Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, notices, and legal correspondence.
  • Case Management: Support the legal team in organizing case files, preparing documentation, and managing deadlines.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather information, answer queries, and provide updates under the guidance of senior associates.
  • Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, maintain legal files, and assist in preparing summaries and reports.

Qualifications:

  • A law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution
  • 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or legal department
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in legal research databases
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
