Description:
We are looking for a Junior Pharmacovigilance and Supply Chain Officer to support our pharmacovigilance and supply chain management activities. This role will involve assisting in monitoring adverse events, managing inventory levels, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the efficient distribution of pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in pharmacovigilance and supply chain management, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining product safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating adverse events, product complaints, and safety signals associated with pharmaceutical products.
- Support the documentation and reporting of adverse events, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, tracking product movements, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines.
- Support the preparation and submission of pharmacovigilance reports and documentation.
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights related to pharmacovigilance and supply chain management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacovigilance and supply chain processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
- Strong interest in pharmacovigilance and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance principles, regulations, and guidelines is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
