Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate employment applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability, forwarding suitable candidates to the HR Manager.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Conduct background verifications, reference checks, and communicate application outcomes to candidates.
- Collaborate with the PRO to oversee visa, medical, labor, and immigration documentation.
- Facilitate orientation programs, maintain employee files in the HRIS, and address queries from new hires.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and minor concerns, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager.
- Foster effective communication and rapport among team members.
- Provide general administrative support and assist various departments as required.
- Compile HR-related data for presentations and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in HR administration or coordination is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal aptitude.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is desirable.
