Description:

Spadile Technologies is looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee our IT projects in the Abu Dhabi branch. In this role, you’ll manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeframes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from start to finish.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to keep on track.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and prepare reports.
  • Foster team collaboration and facilitate problem-solving.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of project management experience (IT field preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
