Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Jr. Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
-Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
-Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
-Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
-Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
-Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
-Collaborate with HR team members to onboard new hires and facilitate a smooth transition into the organization.
-Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven UAE 1-year experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
Solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices in talent acquisition.
Experience using applicant HRIS and other recruitment software.
