Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Key Account Manager - Oncology to be based in Kuwait.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Maintain professional relationships with key HCPs and KOLs.
- Ensuring that key accounts/ clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions, and training workshops.
- Negotiating contracts with clients.
- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements.
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
- Gather information on orders and market conditions.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only candidates currently based in Kuwait will be considered for this position.
- Bachelor's Degree is a must; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales with demonstrated success in Kuwait region for Oncology Products.
- Interpersonal and collaboration skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong relationship management.
