Key Account Manager

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Key Account Manager at Jumbo Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, enhancing customer service, and analyzing account performance on a day-to-day basis.

 

  • Distribution - To distribute products to Dealers / Independent Retailers .
  • Home Appliances dealer market experience, having good relations with Reexport dealer.
  • Experience of selling home appliances and residential air condition.
  • New Dealers - Identify and develop new dealers within the market to develop business
  • Sales Target - To achieve Sales targets in terms of Value and Volume.
  • Collections - Manage collections Function.
  • Market Intelligence - Pricing and strategies, study the market situation and take appropriate stand and keep an eye on potential new market.

  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
