We are HIRING... 📢 📢Zoomlion is looking for a skilled 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (Abu Dhabi) to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
🔸 Achieve regional business goals by finding, developing prospective clients in the allocated region and strengthen the business
🔸 Leading a team of marketing responsible for lead generation and conversion achieving the monthly team target.
🔸 Responsible for strong regional market execution to accomplish sales and profit targets and monitoring business results of the area.
🔸 Devise marketing strategies to achieve the regional sales target.
🔸 Ideate marketing techniques to gain new clients and maintain the relations by reaching out to them, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.
🔸 Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met.
🔸 Effectively manage a team while guiding and leading them to achieve the departmental goals.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
✔️Minimum Graduate
✔️Overall 5-10 years with at least 3-4 years in equipment sales and 1-2 years of team management
✔️Candidates with experience in Engineering Machinery/Heavy Equipment Machinery (Mobile Crane/Tower Crane and Concrete) industry will be preferred, Familiarity with MENA region.
