Key Account Manager

Description:

We are urgently looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to fill the position of Key Account Manager for UAE and KSA.

No. of Positions: 1
Location: Dubai, UAE with occasional travel to KSA.

Role Description: A dynamic individual with a passion towards Client Servicing and focus on leading a team of business professionals dedicated towards service delivery for the clients as per Brand Options standards guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
-Expand relationships with the existing clients by providing excellent services that allow the client and company to accomplish business objectives.
-Negotiate with client and understand all details of the campaigns/projects.
-Displays good product knowledge and confidently recommends products and services.
-Maintain senior level client contact on a daily basis.
-Always ‘’BE THERE’’ for the client as required.
-Accept enquiries from assigned key accounts/sales team, generate quotations along with the operations manager.
-Closely follow up job terms i.e. payment and delivery.
-Ensure along with Production/Projects team that the required quality is maintained and delivered as per the timeline communicated by the client.
