Key Account Sales Manager

 

Description:

In this role you will be responsible for leading the dairy technical or nutritional support throughout the United Arab Emirates.

 

Growing sales with specific end users and prospects through a consultative approach and education will also be part of your involvement.

 

  • Assist sales with overall dairy technical leadership to the producers.
  • Develop knowledge to increase customers' profitability, maximize their return on investment by applying our full range of technologies, solve customer problems, and create new opportunities.
  • Monitor farm performance and customer satisfaction, providing feedback to the company as required. Build multi-level and cross-functional relationships with strategic new customers.
  • Build knowledge on multiple aspects of dairy farm nutrition and management through formal training, peer shadowing, and hands-on experience.
  • Independently solve complex issues with minimal supervision while escalating more difficult issues to appropriate staff.

 

Required Qualification & Experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years experience in technical dairy sales/nutrition.
  • Ambitious and driven with a hunger for knowledge.
  • Self-starter and independent thinker.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and conclusively make decisions.
  • Experience working on a farm and with farmers in dairy sales.
  • Computer skills, including ration balancing and Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to customer excellence.
