Kitchen Manager

We have an exciting new vacancy at in YO Sushi Dubai Marina Mall.

.We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the back of the house.

This role reports operationally to the Restaurant General Manager and dotted line to the Head of Culinary & Brand Chef Master.

• Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service
• Hiring BOH staff and providing constant training to reach excellence in operations
• Working with the brand chef to incorporate new recipes and maintain quality
• Setting regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and maintaining health & safety standards
• Tracking KPI’s of food cost, wastage

The ideal candidate comes from high volume F&B outlets experience and & or steakhouses.
