Proven experience in Backup and Recovery solutions
Strong knowledge of Windows and SQL environments (MS-SQL)
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills at an L3 level
ITIL Certification
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work on 24*7
Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
