Land Surveyor

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team for civil construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting accurate land measurements, analyzing data, and providing critical insights for project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct land surveys for civil engineering and construction projects.
Analyze survey data to determine land boundaries, topographic features, and other essential data.
Prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings using CAD and GIS software.
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate project planning.
Operate and maintain survey equipment, such as GPS systems, total stations, and drones.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and project specifications.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Min 4+ Years of experience in land surveying for civil projects.
Proficient in survey tools such as AutoCAD, GIS, Total Stations, and GPS systems.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Knowledge of local land laws and survey regulations.
