Location: UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Site Assessment and Preparation before construction
• Evaluate the land for potential obstacles such as uneven terrain, wetlands, or utility lines that might affect construction.
• Mark the boundaries of the construction site, ensuring the project stays within legal property limits.
• Establishing layouts and set-outs
• Monitoring and Verifying Construction Progress
• Quality Checks
• Coordination with team, consultant and client
• Conducting audits and certifying the work progress
• Documentation and reporting
• Preferable: Cancelled visa or visit visa.
• Immediate joining.
