Dumon Partners is looking for a common law qualified lawyer to expand its DIFC and ADGM disputes practice in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Sound knowledge of DIFC, ADGM and UK rules.
• Advanced verbal and written English communication skills, including drafting of pleadings.
• Strong legal research skills and analytical thinking.
• Advocacy skills and previous exposure to UK, ADGM and/or DIFC Litigation will be a distinct advantage.
• Written and spoken fluency in Arabic or Hindi is an advantage but not a strict requirement.
