Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer specializing in NLP and Machine Learning to

develop an advanced conversational AI system. The ideal candidate will lead the design,

training, and fine-tuning of state-of-the-art language models that enable human-like, context-

aware interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune large-scale NLP models for real-time, context-aware interactions.

• Implement machine learning algorithms to optimize conversational AI performance.

• Create memory retention and personalization mechanisms to improve long-term engagement.

• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and voice synthesis models.

• Enhance AI reasoning, emotion detection, and adaptive dialogue systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or Deep Learning.

• Expertise in transformer-based models (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, or proprietary LLMs).

• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or Hugging Face.

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and reinforcement learning for continuous AI improvement.

• Understanding of speech processing (Whisper, Google WaveNet, ElevenLabs, or proprietary models).
