Lead Generation Ai Engineer

Description:

You will

● Develop and lead the implementation of generative AI models & associated front-end and backend technologies.

● Architect, design, and develop a robust codebase for generative AI applications, ensuring excellence in quality, performance, and security.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.

● Drive the integration of generative AI applications with existing banking systems and thirdparty services.

● Lead a team of AI engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

● Facilitate code reviews, endorse best practices in coding and architecture, and bolster the team's growth with constructive insights.

● Embellish development procedures with AI-centric enhancements and lead by example in crafting intelligent solutions.

You must have

● At least 7 years of experience in full stack development with high-quality, clean, and maintainable code, including both front-end and back-end development.

● Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models for real-world applications.

● Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

● Hands on with the below technologies

● FastAPI

● React.js or Next.js

● CSS Framework like Material UI or TailwindCSS.

● Redux Saga or Redux Toolkit

● Any e2e testing frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright

● Leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team of AI engineers.

● Deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.

● Problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate and optimize AI solutions.

● Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
