We’re looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Utilize various online and offline methods to generate leads, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify target demographics and assess competitive landscape.
- Database Management: Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate and current information is readily available.
- Follow-Up: Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, and texts to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Reporting: Track and report on lead generation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Brand Promotion: Represent the company at networking events and community functions to promote our services and build relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field, preferably within real estate.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Knowledge: Understanding of real estate market trends and practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; goal-oriented with a positive attitude
