Description:
As a Learning and Development Specialist at our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives that empower our employees to reach their full potential. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and leaders to create comprehensive learning programs that foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and multimedia resources.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs, analyze performance gaps, and develop targeted learning solutions.
Implement and facilitate learning programs, workshops, and training sessions to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and competencies.
Leverage a variety of instructional design methodologies and technologies to create effective and interactive learning experiences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to measure learning outcomes and make improvements.
Research and stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in learning and development to continuously enhance our programs.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives align with business goals and address organizational needs.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in implementing performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources
Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning methodologies.
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
Strong project management skills to successfully plan, execute, and evaluate learning initiatives.
Ability to build relationships, collaborate with stakeholders, and effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of learning programs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Passion for learning, continuous improvement, and staying ahead of industry trends.
