We're currently hiring for a Learning & Development Consultant to join us on an initial 3 months fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in designing, implementing, and facilitating learning programs for our clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and deliver engaging learning experiences both internally and for our clients at talentX
• Utilize innovative and immersive experiences using gamification and other cutting-edge techniques to deliver forward thinking and futuristic learning experiences.
• Create and update training materials, resources, and curricula.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning experiences for employees at all levels.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, integrating them into our programs to deliver the WOW factor.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programs.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus.
