Learning & Development Specialist

Description:

As an L&D Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the development journey of our employees through innovative learning programs and strategic HR practices. We're looking for someone with Certified Learning and Performance Development (CLPD) and Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM) credentials to bring a combination of specialized knowledge and a passion for organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and evaluate employee training programs to enhance skills, productivity, and job satisfaction.
Collaborate with managers to identify learning needs and develop solutions tailored to business goals.
Foster a continuous learning environment and culture within the organization.
Utilize modern L&D tools and methods to engage employees and track progress.
Work closely with HR teams to align L&D initiatives with company-wide strategies and objectives.
Provide coaching and feedback to support individual and team growth.

Qualifications:
CLPD and CHRM certifications (required)
Experience in Hospitality industry is a must
Proven experience in learning and development or HR roles, with a focus on employee training and performance.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and HR strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
