Description:
We are seeking a skilled Moodle/Totara Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Totara LMS platforms. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the smooth operation of our e-learning environments and provide excellent support to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Moodle and Totara LMS platforms.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS.
- Customize and enhance the LMS to meet the needs of our clients.
- Develop and implement new features and plugins.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and security.
- Provide training and support to users, including instructors and students.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate the LMS with other systems.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Moodle/Totara Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of LMS platforms, particularly Moodle and Totara.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and Linux server environments.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
