Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Real Estate leasing in Dubai experience is a MUST
- Must be aware of market strategies and mandatory documentation
- Establish strong working relationship with admin and clients
- Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented
- Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and has ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- An ability to listing and leas the propretis and answer inquiries in a good and timely manner
- Holds UAE Driving license and own car – Mandatory
- RERA is an advantage
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills
- Commit to achieving targets
