Position Overview:

As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating property rentals, building relationships with clients, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. You will play a crucial role in the company’s growth by providing expert advice, negotiating lease agreements, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and lease residential and commercial properties to prospective tenants
• Coordinate property viewings and provide information to clients
• Negotiate and close lease agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants
• Ensure all leasing transactions comply with company policies and local regulations
• Stay updated on market trends and property availability

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate leasing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service
• Fluency in English; Arabic
• Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred)
