Legal Intern

Description:

As a Law Intern, your day-to-day tasks will include legal research, assisting in legal drafting including briefs, memos and contracts, review and analysis of regulations and compliance on a global level, record keeping of research findings and documents, assisting team in administrative tasks.

This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of law and work closely with experienced professionals in the industry.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or possessing a law degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong legal research skills.
• Legal Document Preparation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience or interest in digital assets, web 3 and emerging tech.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and Anti Money Laundering (AML) is a plus.
• Prior internship or work experience in a legal setting is preferred.
