Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is typically required. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field can be advantageous.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate successful sales transactions.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using technology and software for lead management and sales tracking.
- Adaptability and resilience to handle challenges and work in a dynamic sales environment.
Experience:
- 1 -3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Basic Salary: 6000 AED or 8000 AED l Benefits: Commission based on your preferred Scheme
