Description:
We are looking for a Listing specialist responsible for administrative support to the real estate team, ensuring office operations run smoothly. Tasks include adding listings, assisting agents, and validating and verifying listings. Proficiency in CRM and familiarity with property portals like Bayut and Property Finder required.
What you'll do:
- Managing and listing properties on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
- Storing data in CRM and present reports
- Checking other web portals for updating and maintaining our ads to be on top
- Editing and managing photos, & coordinating with the photographer
- Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Contributing to creating analysis and reports about the portals' performance and marketing department reports
- Updating and refreshing our listings daily
- Contributing to monitoring and analyzing our listings' performance on portals
- Follow up with the email and communication with the other departments
- Fulfill and complete the task assigned to her in efficient and timely
- Updating DLD permits and QR codes
- Managing Form A’s for listing purposes
- Managing listing drafts
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point) and real estate software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
