Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the CRM system (PFExpert) for Property Finder Credits, Listings, and Agents' Verification.
- Responsible for daily and monthly updates, working closely with the Portal Account Manager.
- Generate reports and analyze data to formulate effective real estate strategies.
- Approve and update property listings in the CRM system.
- Create new listings, updating information as per agents' requests in CRMs (PF Expert and Bayut Profolio).
- Manage Property Finder Credits and other property portals.
- Set listings for Featured & Premium on Property Finder and Hot & Signature on Bayut and Refresh & Feature on Dubizzle.
- Check listing quality scores and update details/requirements to ensure all listings meet the qualified score.
- Obtain listings' permits through Trakheesi and apply brokers' RERA cards.
- Create forms in the Dubai REST app (Contract A, Contract B, and F) and other relevant manual forms (Form I, NDA, LOI, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with Trakheesi system requirements for listings.
- Respond to inquiries from potential buyers and sellers via phone, email, WhatsApp, or website.
- Gather and relay necessary information to the respective agents.
- Facilitate communication between sellers and buyers throughout the sales process to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Collect essential documents and collaborate with Trustee office personnel for seamless transfer processes.
- Compile all documents from agents for completed rental and sale transactions, organizing them within a designated file.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate administrative role.
Proficiency in CRM systems (PFExpert, Bayut Profolio, Property Finder Manager, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
Knowledge of Trakheesi and Dubai REST app.
