Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Listing Administrator to join our team at Banke International Properties. The role involves managing property listings, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and providing administrative support to the sales and leasing teams. This position is crucial in ensuring that our property listings are up-to-date, complete, and professional, helping to maximize exposure and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, update, and maintain accurate property listings across various platforms (CRM, property portals, etc.).
- Coordinate with agents to collect necessary documents and information for listings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations for all listings.
- Handle photography, videography, and floor plan uploads to ensure properties are presented professionally.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from agents regarding listing status and details.
- Assist with creating and updating marketing materials for properties as required.
- Monitor the performance of listings and provide reports to management and agents.
- Coordinate the timely removal of inactive or sold property listings.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure proper listing exposure.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or property listing role in the real estate industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Dubai real estate market regulations and portals like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
