Hiring Listing Specialist for Bayut & Property Finder

We are seeking a highly motivated Listing Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in listing on Bayut and Property Finder, with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage property listings on Bayut and Property Finder
• Coordinate with property owners & sales team to obtain all necessary information and documentation for the listings
• Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure listings are priced competitively
• Monitor and manage listings to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback related to the listings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in listing on Bayut and Property Finder
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
