  • Coordinate and Monitor Supply Chain Operations:
    • Manage the entire process of order fulfillment from order creation to final delivery.
    • Ensure timely and accurate shipment and delivery of products.
    • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
  • Develop and Optimize Logistics Procedures:
    • Optimize the flow of materials and goods throughout the supply chain.
    • Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
    • Implement and monitor performance metrics.
  • Inventory and Stock Management:
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
    • Conduct regular stock audits and physical counts.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
    • Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
    • Handle import/export documentation and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Work closely with the procurement, sales, and warehouse teams.
    • Lead and manage logistics staff and temporary workers.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
