BettingJobs are working with a Globally successful entertainment company, launching regulated market sports betting & Casino gaming offering within the UAE, they are looking to add a Lottery Draw Operations Manager to their team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and post-draw analysis of all lottery drawings.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth operation.

• Manage and mentor the draw operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in national lottery or lottery company positions.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a GPA of 3.5 or above.

• Strong understanding of lottery industry standards and regulations.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
