Hiring Loyalty Program Specialist
Requirements:
- Any nationality with UAE experience is welcome to apply
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field.
- Candidates should have experience in The Entertainer, Smiles by Etisalat, Yes Rewards by ENOC, SHUKRAN, SHARE, Fazza Card, Cobone UAE, Esaad Card, Repeat, or Zomato (A MUST!)
- Main responsibility is to identify and develop new business opportunities by promoting and selling loyalty program solutions to potential clients. Your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Identifying potential clients: You will be responsible for identifying potential clients who could benefit from a loyalty program solution. This may involve researching and analyzing the market to identify potential target customers.
- Developing sales strategies: You will need to develop sales strategies that are aligned with the overall business objectives of your company. This includes setting goals and KPIs, identifying target customers, and developing a sales pipeline.
- Creating compelling sales presentations: To attract and win new clients, you will need to create compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of your loyalty program solution. This may include developing product demonstrations and case studies.
- Conducting sales meetings: You will be responsible for conducting sales meetings with potential clients to present your loyalty program solution and answer any questions they may have.
- Negotiating contracts: You will need to negotiate contracts with potential clients, ensuring that the terms and conditions are favorable for your company and that the client’s needs are met.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with other teams within the company, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure that the loyalty program solution meets the client’s needs and is aligned with overall business objectives.
- Providing ongoing customer support: You will need to provide ongoing customer support to clients, ensuring that their loyalty program solution is effective and that they are satisfied with the results
