We are looking for a talented and motivated property consultant to join our team and help us achieve our goals. As a property consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Generating leads and prospects through various channels, such as online platforms, referrals, networking, etc.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify the best opportunities and strategies for our clients
• Presenting and promoting our properties and services to potential buyers and sellers
• Negotiating and closing deals with clients and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintaining and updating records of all transactions and communications
• Providing after-sales service and support to clients and partners
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals
• Keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in the real estate market

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in real estate, business, marketing, or related field
• A valid UAE driving license and own car
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• A high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
• A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude
• A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing market conditions
• A fluency in English (other languages are an advantage)
