We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for creating and managing compelling advertisements to promote & sell our real estate listings. This is a commission-based position with potential for high earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and visually appealing advertisements for our real estate listings across various online platforms, including websites, social media, and listing portals.
- Write persuasive and informative property descriptions to captivate potential buyers.
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics and tailor ads accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective advertising strategies.
- Monitor and track the performance of ads, making adjustments as needed to optimize their reach and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in advertising platforms to ensure our ads remain competitive and impactful.
- Work closely with real estate agents to gather necessary information and assets for creating ads.
- Respond to inquiries and provide additional information to potential buyers who express interest in the advertised properties.
- Maintain a database of leads generated through ads and follow up with them to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
Requirements:
- English speaker + Arabic speaker or any other Europeean language is a must.
- Previous experience in real estate advertising or digital marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using various advertising platforms and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing content.
- Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and practices.
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and demographics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
