Maintenance Engineer

Your Responsibitlites

· Responsible to complete the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment (wheeled robots and charging stations, moveable shelves, QR code, picking stations, RFID gates, fences, network equipments, light curtains and wirings)

· Responsible for technical support, including troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of equipment, as well as customer training

· Quickly respond to service repair and maintanance queries related to field services to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment availability in a timely fashion

· Responsible for the hardware implementation acceptance after partners task

· Other service-related work

· Main area of activities: UAE, with occassional travels to other GCC countries + EU

Your Profil

· Bachelor’s degree from a European university, Masters is a plus

· European passport due to travels is a must

· At least 5 year of experience in relevant fields is a must have

· Quick learner and excellent hands-on skill, both mechanical and electrical is must have

· Ability to work independently is a must have

· Fluent English in both verbal and written form is must have

· UAE driver’s license and a clean driving record is must have

· Basic understanding in RFID technology or radio frequency is a plus

· Basic knowledge of network or database is a plus

· Be able to adapt to the work by frequent travel in different locations within the GCC + EU
