Hiring Maintenance Manager
Key Responsibilities: –
- Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. Ensure all maintenance operations are conducted in a timely manner with minimal disruption to production.
- Preventive Maintenance: Establish and enforce a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and improve overall plant efficiency.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget. Ensure cost-effectiveness by controlling expenses and optimising the use of resources.
Qualifications: –
- Education: – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using maintenance management software (CMMS), strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and familiarity with PLCs and automation systems.
