Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance supervision, particularly within the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations, including AC, plumbing, electrical, painting, joinery, and other civil maintenance tasks.
• Ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs to maintain the functionality and safety of the facility.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed.
• Maintain maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor.
• Preferably have experience in the restaurant industry.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Extensive experience in handling maintenance tasks such as AC, plumbing, electrical, painting, joinery, and other civil maintenance.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
