Maintenance Technician

Description:

Experience

· 2+ years of proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role

· Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating, plumbing, etc.)

· Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations

· An eye for detail and craftsmanship

Responsibilities

· Reports to the Operations Manager

· Follow regular maintenance procedures and record all actions taken

· Prepare regular maintenance reports and records

· Perform regular and emergency maintenance for all components and spaces

· Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)

· Monitor inventory of materials and equipment

· Communicate any needs or concerns to the appropriate staff as necessary

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

· Support the safety of the building by proactively supporting the housekeeping and guest service teams
