Responsibilities
 

• Cleaning rooms, hallways, lobby areas, and other assigned areas
• Emptying trash from designated areas
• Sanitizing bathrooms and restocking supplies
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
• Following safety procedures in handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Notifying management of any repairs or maintenance needs
   

Requirements
 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning or a related field
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their appropriate usage
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and furniture
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in facility management (such as hospitals or malls) is advantageous
