Main Function
- Actively participate in the preparation of Management Consultancy Technical Quotations within the specific domain of expertise.
- Develop comprehensive project action plans, lead project execution, and distribute work targets among the consulting team.
- Provide vigilant supervision and oversight throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with specifications and successful implementation of accredited plans.
- Review reports and outputs to uphold a high service level and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in the development of the consulting team through daily guidance.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of training programs for consultants.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in assessing and preparing project offers within the specified expertise, ensuring adequate resource preparation for project initiation.
- Coordinate with customers to understand the required service type, maintaining ongoing communication to address any inquiries or clarifications.
- Develop project action plans and facilitate coordination with customers, ensuring alignment with approved plans.
- Utilize a strategic approach to assign consultants to various projects based on their individual capabilities.
- Directly monitor and supervise consultants' work, ensuring adherence to the company's professional work specifications through the thorough review of completed tasks.
- Review reports and systems produced by consultants to ensure alignment with proposed offers and project action plans before presenting them to the customer.
- Engage with customers to review reports, incorporating agreed-upon amendments based on their perspectives.
- Foster the development of technical and managerial capabilities among other consultants through daily guidance, recommendations, and the proposal of training courses.
- Actively participate in technical and managerial lectures to contribute to the enhancement of the company's technical and managerial services.
- Prepare periodic reports detailing project status and consultants' accomplishments.
- Undertake any assigned tasks leveraging extensive experience and expertise in the field.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Course or similar certificates
Experience
- Experience in developing systems and procedures, mapping processes, conducting training sessions. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply too)
Skills and languages
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, SharePoint, Project management tools, Collaboration platforms, Communication software, Data visualization tools, Document management systems
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
- Languages: Fluent in both English and Arabic.
