As an Intern for Contract Management Coordination, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient operations related to contract management and logistics. This position requires effective coordination with various teams and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Counter Reading Collection Coordination
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to collect and verify counter readings from printers.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of data for billing and analysis.
  • Machine Creation Post-Delivery
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to track printer deliveries.
  • Ensure the timely creation of machine records in the system once delivered.
  • Verify and update machine details and specifications accurately.
  • Contract and Machine Setups in ERP
  • Assist in setting up new contracts and machine details in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Ensure that all contract terms, conditions, and machine specifications are accurately reflected in the ERP.
  • Coordinate with sales and service departments for any discrepancies or updates.
  • Daily Reporting
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports to relevant departments.
  • Reports may include delivery status, machine setup progress, contract updates, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on time.
